Meet the Family Behind Prime Cattle Co
Jamika was born and raised in northeastern Kansas, where he spent his summers helping his grandpa on the farm. What started as a way to earn a little extra money quickly grew into a deep passion for agriculture and livestock.
After years of hard work and saving, he was able to buy a piece of family ground — the same land where his love for farming first began. What was once a summer job has now become our family’s way of life.
Together, we’ve made this land our home and are raising our children here. It’s more than a farm — it’s where our values grow, our roots run deep, and our vision for the future comes to life.

How It Works
Ordering farm-raised bulk beef from Prime Cattle Co is simple, transparent, and rewarding. Here’s what to expect from start to finish
Choose Your Beef Bundle
Pick the size that fits your family’s needs:
• Quarter, Half, or Whole Beef
• Smaller bundles (great for trying us out or restocking your favorites)
Each option includes a variety of cuts—steaks, roasts, ground beef, and more.
Reserve Your Beef
Reserve your order with a deposit (this is only necessary for bulk beef - whole, halves and quarters)
This secures your spot in our processing schedule and allows us to finish raising your beef with care and attention.
We Will Handle the Rest
Your beef is finished on our Kansas pasture, then processed in a USDA-inspected facility, vacuum-sealed, and flash-frozen for freshness. Your beef will all come from the same animal, so it’s fully traceable and consistent in quality.
We dry-age your beef for 14 days to enhance tenderness and flavor - the way it should be
From the time you order to the beef arriving on your door step usually takes 3-4 weeks.
Shipped to Your Door (or Picked Up Locally)
We ship your beef frozen in insulated boxes with dry ice to ensure it arrives cold and safe. If you’re local, we’ll coordinate a pickup time that works for you.

How We Ship Your Beef Frozen
We want every box of Prime Cattle Co beef to arrive at your door frozen solid and farm-fresh—no matter where you live. Here’s how we do it:

Shipped Frozen with Dry Ice
• Every order is packed with dry ice, an ultra-cold, food-safe material that keeps meat frozen during transit.
• Dry ice evaporates as it does its job—so don’t be alarmed if there’s none left when your box arrives. Your beef will still be frozen solid!

• We use insulated liners and heavy-duty boxes to keep your order safe and cold.
• All cuts are vacuum-sealed and labeled, so you can easily organize your freezer.

• You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

What to Do When It Arrives
• Your box may feel cold to the touch—that’s normal.
• Open right away and place your beef in the freezer.
• If any packages are slightly thawed around the edges but still cold, they’re safe to refreeze.
